Bullied a Transgendered player by stripping their corpse, taking off their pride pin, pointing to it, then pointing to a trashbin. You have been warned before about bullying others in previous notes and bans, yet there's no improvement in behavior.

Having literally just told you to knock this off and this being your first round I'm making this a permaban, please appeal at https://tgstation13.org/phpBB/viewforum.php?f=7 if you are serious in your intentions to play here following the rules.

Banned from the server permanently - Random unprovoked grief for no valid reason as a non-antagonist. Destroyed a bunch of windows because "they are a proud linux user". This is fresh off a 2 week and not 2 months off a lifted permanent ban. You have 2 previous notes about breaking windows for no reason and at this point you should know way better.

QC Ban - Chappygart, after their month ban, has continued on to repeat the same mistakes with exploit abuse and general low quality play including a recent rule 8 note. Chappy has had multiple warnings about their style of play, and the lack of improvement has lead to this ban. Chappygart was not online at the time of this ban's placement.

Ban evasion of xdyou (I forgot to ban this account a few months ago lol)

Griefer (declared a ragecage in medical and attcked people), racism (said they were roleplaying), low hour account

Rule 8 - said in dead chat "I want to rape my ex", I explained to them the rules and explained where to appeal the ban

Told an assistant to kill themselves via IC chat, being extremely specific to the player playing the assistant, and not the assistant they were playing as. The context behind this was that the assistant had shoved Super Aggro Crag over the kitchen counter, their reasoning being that they had heard the player insult the chefs. Due to past and ongoing conflicts with the chef, they then got into further conflicts with the chef. Regardless of this context, it is in no way acceptable to tell someone to kill themselves and especially not so in an OOC manner.

Rule 8 - has a note history of weird things, then in this round said "I WILL GROPE YOU ALL!!" and "GORAN, I AM GONNE GET YOU ALONE IN A ROOM WITH ME", It has been explained to them why they were banned and our appeal proccess.
