In R222230, Primed IEDs that were being sent for bounties in cargo area, resulting in the person who was supposed to send the bounty dying to a IED explosion. Suicide bombed with another IED, then whispered "inshallah" as a death gasp and said it again in death chat. This is a permaban because of a terrible and long note history and the player repeating his mistakes and showing little, if any improvement. You know better and yet you still get into trouble.

Consistent low-quality RP including a long history of OOC in IC notes. Has been asked multiple times to improve the quality of his RP to even the most basic of standards and continues to fail on the regular. This coupled your constant toxicity and hostility to multiple players and staff, including explicit cases of harassment and multiple violations of rule 11 is enough that I feel you are a net negative on the server in general and removing you will improve many players' experiences here.

Killbaiting as a non-antagonist. Started randomly shoving a detective for seemingly no valid reason which escalated into a conflict where they stripped the detective of their backpack and went SSD in the toilets. Your past history shows that you aren't really here to do any sort of roleplay and aren't getting the memo that provoking people fnr is not okay. Player was not online when this was reported, so appeal this if you believe anything here to be a mistake.
