These actions were taken with admitted bad-faith intention to frustrate and incite burnout in the admin team, and to facilitate malice and drama within the community. First round, randomly attacking people for "shits and giggles", claims they do intend to play properly but then responded "bit gay that" when informed of a day ban. For a first round player this is clearly just a griefer/evader at this point

Ban evading alt of "dakijooj", apparently caused an explosion in kitchen, however investigating shows two CC bans on two other servers in the last 24 hours, a clear evader link to the account above and discussions like "we need rape him" which makes this a very easy permaban.

In https://tgstation13.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?p=712224#p712224 - was found to have been explicitly lying about not metagrudging/knowing a player to an administrator in the ticket that resulted in this note, and subsequently made an appeal in bad faith to have it lifted. Rule 6. Deliberately lying or misrepresenting facts in adminhelps will be dealt with harshly. Lying in adminhelps, misrepresenting facts deliberately, or logging off when an admin has asked a question may result in permabans.
