uh no but looking at the numbers the upgraded cell types are really strong looking at armor numbers however most armor have armor value low enough normal cell is fine however armor such as cult hardened infil modsuit take four which is makes the better cells quite nice

Yes, someone ran up to me and told me to use a megacell, so I did. There were also sec comms urging people to upgrade powercells. I wouldn't have done it if people hadn't reminded me/given me the cell
