What kind of activity would you like to be able to do to pass the time while trapped in in the Ninja Den (the location you are sent to when kidnapped by some antagonists)?
Leaving early isn't an option. But if you can think of an activity that contributes to leaving early, that is valid.
can we get deadchat mobs in there to mess around with, do some kind of gameshow thing? Who knows, I wouldn't care if I were stuck in there if there was more than maybe 1 person to talk to, I usually just set a timer and go make some food or something. Let me play the CTF mode thats pretty fun, idk bitrunner minigames would be fine?

The ninja den seems too large to me. There's so much RP area that doesnt get used as its very rare that more than 1 person is in there at a time. Condense it to a smaller area, still keep the bar area. People seem to like fishing, maybe like a fishing hole and if you collect say 5 fish you can leave earlier.

Its like 3 minutes sentence, gathering loot is activity enouff.
Could add one-way station intercomm in ninja jail so I can hear what's happening on the station instead of waiting in silence.
Maybe ninja gamba machine with a chance to get some rare rewards like implants.

I think it'd be neat if there was some way to train all the major skills there. Maybe not mining, but certainly gaming & athletics. Maybe cleaning, like theres just a room that constantly fills itself with blood and a mop next to it. I feel like I'm forgetting a skill, if I am maybe that one too.
It'd be nice to have something that you can actually carry over to your real job, that isn't a deadly weapon.

Do something that helps the antag (like giving them more credits to spend, or more rep), whatever they do will lower the time they are there in the Den, but also help the antag.
I like the ninja den, I dislike how theres no interaction there. maybe you could add in ghost roles to turn the ninja den into a sort of mini-vacation or possibly a hellscape with an evil shogun you need to follow. if there was interaction there, that would be fun to see. we have a whole spider clan, but no members.
You could add a gym, perhaps, so people can work out while kidnapped, if that isn't already something you're able to do.
A swimming pool?
You could add parkour with wrestling gloves and make it hard, if you get to the end you get to go early maybe?
A practice gun range with the little moving target thingy.
Maybe cooking, or room with chem reagents and couple of beakers so people can cook some healing, or whatever they want to do.
Just pretty much, something that you might use in station after you got trapped there.
